We were only 2 days away from breaking a Heat Wave Record, when suddenly the clouds rolled in on Thurday afternoon.....The temp dropped and we watched & waited for the rain that never came......
Hallie even pulled out her hat when the temps took a dive into the low 90's, but soon the clouds rolled on, the sun came out, and we were 2 days shy of breaking a record.......
So it was back to the pool.
Suffering through 40 days of 100+ degree weather deserves some kind of recognition.
As one of my FB friends put it: "It felt like winning the Silver Medal, when we should've won the GOLD!"
